Proposals Sought for Presentations During Gathering of Top Tech Leaders, February 15-19, 2016
October 14, 2015, (Los Angeles, CA) -The Hollywood Post Alliance (HPA) has opened the Call for Proposals for presentations for the 2016 HPA Tech Retreat®. The retreat is a pivotal gathering for those engaged in the many disciplines supporting the creation, management and dissemination of content for the dynamic landscape of distribution environments. Individuals and companies driving change and innovation will head to Indian Wells, California for the 22nd consecutive year, to explore, understand and debate the trends and technologies of the future, while tackling head-on the issues of the present. The HPA Tech Retreat will take place at the Hyatt Regency Indian Wells, near Palm Springs, CA, from February 15 to 19, 2016.
Mark Schubin, long the Maestro of the Retreat program, recently opened the Call For Proposals. In keeping with tradition, the 2016 HPA Tech Retreat will feature seminars, a super session, and a curated technology room. The Call for Proposals seeks presentations for the main program and breakfast roundtables, February 17th-19th, 2016 (Wednesday through Friday.) “Topics may include anything related to moving images and associated sound, from auricular stimulation to zoom lenses for UHD. In other words,” notes Schubin, “Anything from scene-to-seen and gear-to-ear is fair game.”
