Shawn’s passion for filmmaking started early, making movies for his family, which inspired him to move to LA and pursue a career in the film industry. His journey began as a video editor for Buzzfeed, MGM, and Riot Games. He also worked as a trainer at Apple for five years before moving to Frame.io. There, he started in customer support, addressing workflow issues, and later joined the Frame.io marketing team. He created a series of training videos called “Tip of the Week” and “Short Cuts developed the virtual event program Frame.ioLive. Now at Adobe, Shawn serves as a Video Evangelist, focusing on content creation to engage and inspire the creative community.

Throughout his work, Ron has collaborated with companies like Alcon Entertainment, Netflix, Snapchat, E-One, and Amazon, contributing his expertise to diverse projects ranging from independent features to streaming series.

Among his recent highlights , Ron helped craft the opening musical oner for Leos Carax’s Annette, Executive Produced Harmony Korine’s Aggro Dr1ft, and Produced the twelve-episode Netflix series On the Verge, starring Julie Delpy, Elisabeth Shue, and Giovanni Ribisi.

Currently, Ron is in post on the groundbreaking Saudi-Turkish Comedy My Treat, for Alamaiya Filmed Entertainment and Front Row Productions. Dane’s passion is growing Cintegral.tech, a workflow service company focused on providing Value Add services, specializing in high-performance enterprise NVMe/SSD and connectivity solutions for Producers.

For the last 12 years, Cintegral has operated under the creed “Fast Drives, Save Lives,” supporting over 180 productions annually which includes feature films, episodic television shows, broadcast, motorsports, and music festivals. Dane’s connective personality has forged deep partnerships with OEMs, Telcos, and Suppliers to develop tools, operations, and platforms for crews across the US, Pacific, Europe,
North America and the Caribbean.

Dane is an ASC Technical Instructor, a Television Academy Member, and a Local 600 Guild member. His most recent contributions include Research for the Entertainment Technology Center @USC, the ASC-MITC committee developing the ASC MHL and FDL standards, and he is an active participant in the Movie Labs OnSet Ontology working group.

On a community level, he is a founding member of the DIT collective “DIT-WIT,” which comprises over 360 global members. When he’s not working, he enjoys traveling with his wife and family, attending LAFC matches, and is an active Los Angeles community volunteer.

Brandon Heaslip is Director of Solutions Engineering at Colorfront, where he designs and supports end-to-end film and digital workflows—from on-set capture through immersive post-production, cloud finishing, and archive—for clients including Netflix, Amazon Studios, Apple, and Company 3. He led the design and deployment of Apple Immersive workflows for Apple Vision Pro, working directly with Apple’s internal production teams. With more than 20 years in the industry, Brandon has held senior engineering roles at Apple, Codex Digital, and Technicolor. His expertise spans SDR/HDR color pipelines, high-performance media systems, and spatial video across macOS, Linux, and Windows.

Jason Fotter is a technology leader working at the intersection of creative production and scalable infrastructure for media and entertainment. His career has focused on designing systems that enable artists and studios to work faster, smarter, and at global scale.

In 2008, Jason co-founded FuseFX, where he served as CTO and led the design and implementation of the studio’s technology platform, including the proprietary Nucleus system. Under his technical leadership, FuseFX grew from a small startup into an award-winning visual effects studio delivering work across film, television, and streaming. Following a private-equity partnership with EagleTree Capital in 2018 and a series of acquisitions, the company rebranded as Pitch Black and now operates worldwide.

Jason’s expertise spans visual effects workflows, cloud and hybrid infrastructure, application development, automation, and team leadership. In 2024, he founded BIND Studio, a technology platform that allows productions to assemble distributed creative teams while leveraging a complete, production-ready VFX pipeline from ingest through delivery.
