Dr. Dana Hernandez
DVM
Dana will share about the career pivot in her 40s from veterinarian to women’s empowerment coach and snowboarding instructor. Dana has studied self-defense and martial arts with renowned trainers Bas Ruttens, Tony Blauer, and Ari Danesh. She coaches women not to compete with other women (or men), but to strengthen their health, fitness, and heart to find more joy in life and to love who they see in the mirror. Dana will provide wellness tips to start 2025 strong.
