YEP Application – Terms & Conditions
By submitting an application to the Hollywood Professional Association (“HPA”) Young Entertainment Professionals (YEP) Program (the “Program”), you (“Applicant”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

Eligibility
- Applicants must meet all criteria published on the Program website.
- By submitting, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.
- HPA reserves the right to disqualify any Applicant who provides false or misleading information or who fails to comply with these Terms.

Application Materials & Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of any materials you submit.
- By submitting, you grant HPA permission to use your application materials in connection with administering, evaluating, and promoting the program. This permission is non-exclusive, royalty-free, and may include limited use for marketing purposes.
- You represent that your submission does not infringe the rights of any third party and agree to indemnify HPA against claims arising from your materials.

Program Administration
- HPA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, postpone, or cancel the Program or any of its elements without liability.
- Selection decisions are final and not subject to appeal.
- Selected applicants will be provided a complimentary one-year associate membership to the HPA and are subject to all terms and conditions and policies of an HPA associate member.

Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, HPA, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and partners are not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising out of or related to the Program, the application process, or participation in Program activities.

Non-Discrimination
- HPA values diversity and inclusion. The Program is administered without discrimination based on race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, national origin, or any other protected characteristic.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
- Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Program shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
